Christmas ice snow bunting tutorials - Snow Queen in a fairy tale

Beautiful! This white bunting looks just like coming in to a  fairy's snow world.

This set of bunting is handmade with quality paint that used on fabric and hessian burlap for that snow shabby look. I made this bunting features 3 gingerbread style flowers with hot gun flue to give a winter festive feeling.

Polyester felt flower tutorial

I made 3 purse style organisers for children and used felt flowers to décor.
There are many ways to make felt flowers and here is a tutorial on how to make these flowers style. Very simple!

All you need is:
Choose the colours you like, you can make them all the same colour.
Cut the template shape in different size
Take your scissors and cut the edge out from your felt

Use a needle and thread to stitch the felt flowers together or just sew them on, and then you can use the felt flowers to décor your bags, sleepers, book covers or any work you make.

Mod Podge on Canvas Tutorials

We like to use inkjet printing to do some art work but I want to try and see how it comes out with laser print on canvas.

You need to use;

A blank canvas
A foam brush
A small spoon
Iron - no steam
Laser printer - remember to reverse the letters, I forgot as usual

How;

Mod podge on canvas and letters
Place the letters face down on canvas and smooth it with your little spoon
Press the letters with ironing heat but no steam
Wait it to dry,leave it along for 12 hrs. No checking and peeking
Removing the prints with warm water and gently rubbing down with your fingers
You will see letters appearing like this

The result of trying out laser print is amazing at the first try.

Christmas wreath tutorial

I made this one last weekend. This is the first Christmas wreath I've ever made.You won't believe how easy to make this wreath!

OK,Let’s get started!

What you'll need;
  • A wreath form - if you don’t have one you could probably DIY one with your imagination as well
  • Two of 3'' long ribbons
  • Cinnamon sticks, pinecones or any items that present a holiday theme
  • Bells that I bought from Homebase

How to make it:

Use your form and wrap entirely around with 2’’ ribbons
Use wire to make a bundle of cinnamon sticks and pinecones then wrap around the form.
Tie into an 1'' beautiful bow at the bottom of your wreath
Hang the bells to décor this wreath

Done! There you have it!
Gorgeous! Isn’t it quick?
